The Jewish Cemetery

THE JEWISH CEMETERY

Sarah wasn't rotting fast enough.
The rabbis found this out
when they came to rob her grave.
From dust Sarah came,
but to dust she didn't want to go,
which made the rabbis wonder:
when Sarah converted
and went in the mikveh
did she plan to keep the mitzvah
of to dust you shall return?
The rabbis thought she didn't
so they canceled her conversion.
And to keep their Jewish graveyard pure
they dug up Sarah's meat bones,
took them out to the street,
and fed them to a rabid dog.
